- Hmmm. I have the opposite impression. I moved to Austin from L.A.
- about 4 years ago and seem to remember being im[de]pressed by the number
- of cops on the road in Austin.

- This week, I'm doing some work up in Silicon Valley and I still haven't
- seen that many cops. Even zipping down on Hwy 17 to Santa Cruz, I didn't
- see any.
