- Joe's point was that straightening out 2222 (no matter how dangerous
- the drivers on it are (note the road is not dangerous, it's how the
- people utilize the road)) does not fix the root problem of poor driving
- skills in the general public.

- When I was in Germany recently I saw first hand what a good strict licensing
- policy can do. There were no buthead manuvers, people drove courteously and
- appeared to understand their limits. Then again I guess a system where you
- are required to pay money to be properly trained in driving would be
- considered facist or something here in the states.
