  19. Yes, APD at least seems to be more interested in revenue generation
  20. than actually protecting public safety.  Does anyone have any idea
  21. about how to go about pressuring the police to explain their screwed
  22. priorities?  I'm not specifically referring to 2222 - I'm mainly
  23. thinking of the nuts who're blowing through red lights on 183 (among
  24. other places).
