- Do you honestly think this would work? There are companies out there
- that sell information about people. Marketing companies want
- information like which businesses you call, when you call, etc.
- Caller ID gives them a means to get this information.

- Not if they also offer a service to reject blocked calls. Your phone
- simply won't ring when someone has caller ID blocked tries to call you.
- They get a message saying you don't take annonymous calls. They can
- then decide how bad they want to talk to you. If they want they can
- unblock caller ID and call again.

- receive any calls from people who block it. I get to block caller
- ID unless I want to talk to someone like you.
