  16. I heartily recommend Jack Williams of Williams Painting and Decorating.
  17. His phone number is 443-9670 (if no answer call 282-9528).  He not
  18. only has good prices, he does an excellent job.  Of course you know, winter
  19. is not the best time to paint the exterior of a house since the weather
  20. will often hold up the job.
