  19. You know...  Joke or not, legally that could be considered sexual harassment.
  20. If that account belongs to a STUDENT, that would definately be grounds for
  21. expulsion from college.  If that account was from an employee (faculty or
  22. not) it would definately open a door for a law suit against the school.

  24. It is not that difficult to track where messages were posted from.
  25. As the sysadmin of the machines at my work, if I were to recieve a
  26. note from someone that complained of sexual email or postings directed
  27. at them, I would be required to turn over that information to 
  28. personnel and the pres of our company.  I do not believe their employment
  29. would last.
