- In "Frogs into Princes" the original NLP book they suggest a powerful way to
- start to retrain your mind to use different representation systems...
-
- My mind doesn't work primarily in a visial way so I find it very difficult to see
- pictures in my head or imagine what something would look like, so what I do is
- approach the problem from a different angle.
-
- For instance, if I am trying to remember what a particular place I have been to
- looked like I start by remembering what I felt about the place (kinesthetic) then
- remember any sounds that I heard, what people were saying for instance, and then
- I can begin to picture the image in my mind as I have already built up an
- environment in which this is easy...
-
- Try it, it really works.....

-
- p.s. Does anybody know of any good NLP books, apart from Frogs - Princes, and
- Unlimited Power by Anthony Robbins?
