  16. In "Frogs into Princes" the original NLP book they suggest a powerful way to
  17. start to retrain your mind to use different representation systems...

  19. My mind doesn't work primarily in a visial way so I find it very difficult to see
  20. pictures in my head or imagine what something would look like, so what I do is
  21. approach the problem from a different angle.

  23. For instance, if I am trying to remember what a particular place I have been to
  24. looked like I start by remembering what I felt about the place (kinesthetic) then
  25. remember any sounds that I heard, what people were saying for instance, and then
  26. I can begin to picture the image in my mind as I have already built up an
  27. environment in which this is easy...

  35. Unlimited Power by Anthony Robbins?
