  11. Just to bring this thread back to the original topic, on his TV
  12. show a few nights ago Rush explained that he pronounced Cuomo's
  13. name "Coo-mo" because the Reverend Jackson (which Rush pronounces
  14. "uh-REV-uh-rend-uh-JACK-son-uh") pronounced it that way one time,
  15. and Rush doesn't want to be accused of making fun of Reverend
  16. Jackson's pronunciation.

  18. Vintage Rush.  He makes fun of Jackson's pronunciation (both when
  19. pronouncing "Cuomo" and when pronouncing "Reverend Jackson"), then
  20. denies that he is doing it, and then claims to be going out of his
  21. way to *avoid* making fun of Jackson.

  23. Of course, every good Limbot knows that Rush was only joking, and
  24. that this is not an example of Rush hiding his nastiness behind
  25. empty disclaimers.
