  19. I love this ratchet effect: first the fetus is "human" (fine), then it's
  20. "an unborn child" (if you must, you pre-dead corpse), next it's "a human 
  21. being" (er, hold on), then it's "a person" (now wait just a cotton-picking
  22. minute!), now it's "a member of society" (say WHAT?!?).
