  15. get a handheld cellular phone, and make that
  16. your only phone...  don't get a landline... even if the
  17. bastard figured your phone number out, he still couldn't
  18. figure out where you were...

  20. if you can make any long calls from payphone or work,
  21. and just use the cellular for the occasional incoming
  22. call, etc, this may be feasible...  esp on one of the 
  23. plans like $69/month and 100 minutes free...
