  28. One course of action would be to lie to the phone company about her name and
  29. National ID Number (SSN).  Another would be to move in to a group house,
  30. with the telephone in soebody else's name.  A third would be to get somebody
  31. who has reasonable credit and trusts your friend to put the phone in his/her
  32. name.
