  13. It depends on just exactly what he does and who he knows at the phone
  14. company but this is not a good situation. Just having a phone in a
  15. fictious name will only help for a short period of time if her husband
  16. has unrestricted access to the bills. It's not at all difficult to check
  17. who all her friends/relatives call and check every one of those numbers.
  18. The name that would come back would not be hers but he could always call
  19. and see if she answers. Possibly getting an answering machine as well with
  20. someone else's voice on the tape would be of benefit.

  22. This is a pretty complicated situation and I don't know what state this is in, t that does affect how things would be handled.
