  33. The trouble with that lovely idea is that a) many don't, b) there's a hell
  34. of a lot more out there that are lousy parents (i.e., we're outnumbered).
  35. And what I was suggesting was not gov't run. Haven't you ever had to take
  36. (e.g.) a defensive driving course to get a ticket rescinded? Those are
  37. *private* but *accredited*.
