soil, of the lush grass, and of the flowers have never brought me so
much joy.

    The thunder rolls, and the summer rain pours. We take shelter
under the tree of antiquity where we first met. I embrace you, and we
kiss. The summer night is clear; we enjoy the peaceful night on the
top of the hill; we gaze upon the starry sky; we thank Mother Nature
for the wonders she has brought us; we talk about our future, which is
as boundless as the tranquil universe.

    The leaves start to turn brilliantly colorful. I harvest the
field, and you apply your talent and skill on the loom. We rejoice
over the fruit of our labor and out dedication.

    The snow falls. I watch you sleep, snuggling in warmth. Your
expression is sweetly serene and happy. I silently swear to myself:
"From the far, far Orient I have come to you, my dearest nymph of
illustrious beauty; for you, I will dedicate my life, and having had
you, I can withstand the all the chills of the world."
