  22. Javier, I mailed you a long article on how to create a new newsgroup
  23. in February, 1993. You should've gotten it by now/then. It also
  24. covered the results of the 1998 time travel experiments.

  26. However, a quick perusal of "The Net" in 2003 reveals 32,813 different
  27. newsgroups, with no less than 23 of them devoted to time travel. You
  28. are a frequent poster in alt.what-year-is-this? and rec.travel.time.
