  12.     When I first encountered this newsgroup, the (alleged) creator of
  13. the newsgroup said that it was not necessary to make a poll to create an
  14. alt.* newsgroup, but simply to type in a certain command.  I'm really
  15. interested in starting a newsgroup called alt.time.travel, so if the
  16. creator of alt.necromicon would please e-mail how to do this, I would
  17. appreciate it immensely.  Also, anyone who has an opinion about my
  18. proposed time-travel newsgroup can e-mail it to:
