- the important question to ask when you get into something like this is this:
- 'are these past lives I am regressing to actual memories of past lives, or
- just some interesting fantasy I am indulging in?'. how can one tell the dif-
- ference? well, the classic example is having memories of living in a place
- you do not consciously have any knowledge of, in a period that you are un-
- familiar with, doing research on that place and period, and coming up with
- some kind of confirmation. if you haven't done that, or if because records
- of that place and period are not extant, the honest classification of these
- 'past-life regressions' is 'not proven'.
