- The principles and meditation practises of Aikido come in handy for my
- magickal practise on a regular basis. Also, the katas for the sword
- and staff are *wonderful* for ceremonies invoking fire/wind. This is
- strictly on a practical basis. I couldn't begin to tell you how Aikido
- has given me a foundation for magick....
