  14. Make the IRC network only allow one login from each address.

  16. Now, while I know there would still be bots and cyborgs, at least half of
  17. them would disappear immediatley.

  19. Bots with a legitimate value could always get thier own login (like
  20. nicksrv).

  22. If anyone can give me one good reason why they need to be logged on to IRC
  23. two or more times simultaniously, I would like to hear it.

  25. Right now, though, I can only believe that logging on to the IRC mulitple
  26. times at the same time of day is just a selfish waste of network resources.

  28. Say no to automated lamitude amplifiers.
