- Yes on a nitro dragster that turns 10,000+ RPM's. Basicly the stallspeed
- is the amount of rpm's the engine will be cranking when it is
- power braked on the starting line. This should corespond with
- the peak torque of the engine. The higher the stall speed usually the harder
- it is to keep a vehicle streetable.

- Poor shifts when not under full power, engine needs to run a high rpm
- almost constantly. Not great on the street but great with a wild cam
- on the strip.
