  21. I wrote to the University Bookstore in Madison.  They handled my
  22. order very quickly AND subtracted any sale tax and charged no
  23. Shipping and Handling.  The total price was just the $19.95

  35. entitled _If At All Possible, Involve a COW_ by Neil Steinberg.
  36. It's a history of US college pranks and has a full chapter on the
  37. University of Wisconsin during the late seventies (alas, a few
  38. years after my graduation) where they brought the Statue of
  39. Liberty to Lake Mendota.  The cover photo of the book is the
  40. flock of plastic flamingoes in fron of Bascom Hall at UW-Madison.
