  26. Actually what you can do is to pop the eye ball out using your fingers.   
  27. If your fingers don't work try gently impaling it with a sharp instrument.   
  28. However, do this very gently so as to retain the optic nerve's connection.   
  29. This way the you can hand the eye ball (that can still see) and sever  
  30. his/her genitals/chest while they watch.  Gor this idea from AMOK.
