  11. A while back I had been experimenting with staying up late or waking up in the
  12. middle of the night and staying awake for approx. 30 min., well, one time as I
  13. was trying to hold consciousness into sleep, i.e. let my body go to sleep (lose
  14. conscious awareness of my body) and keep my mind awake, I saw in my mind a
  15. crystal structure.  I moved toward it.  It was very big and I was very excited.
  16.  This was the first time this had ever happened.  I studied the crystal.  It
  17. was very beautiful.  It looked like a flourite or similar crystal, like a
  18. rhomboid.  As I got closer I saw that there were three  of them side by side,
  19. connected , the two on the sides were smaller.  There was only a dark
  20. background around it.  
  21.     The really interesting part was when I got excited and "tried" (as opposed to
  22. letting it happen) to see on top of it.  Apparently I moved my physical
  23. sleeping body in my attempt and awoke. It hasn't happened again mostly because
  24. it is hard to practice.
