- And another alternative...I have a little test for those imaginative people:
-
- 1-Before you go to sleep at night, close your eyes (gee now that's hard)
- 2-Hold your hand out about a foot from your eyes, directly in front of your
- nose.
- 3-now open your eyes and carefully look at your hand.
- 4-close your eyes and picture your hand as if you were looking at it (you
- may just want to picture the outline because this is easier to do).
- 5-Now move you hand to the right or left, while pictureing the image moving
- in the same direction.
- 6-Once you have a new position that you think your hand is actually in, open
- your eyes and see if your hand corresponded to the place that you imagined
- it to be.
-
- This little exercise seemed to help my imagination, hence giving me more
- vivid dreams with exciting (Happy and Scary) things in them.
-
- Any dream that appears scary, should be appreaciated. I sometimes look at
- them as being works of art. Sure, the initial shock is sometimes frightning
- but once, and if you can get over that, all things become pleasant.
-
- Scary dreams to all. B-)
