The NAACP has a charter in using racial prejudice in who they will support,
by definition making it a racist organization.

The schools engage in racial prejudice, by definition making them racist.
For example, by gratuitously advertising themselves as historically black.

They are by definition racist. Having members of all races does not
make an organization non-racist just as having Jewish blood does not
make Hitler not anti-semetic.
