hi cadence users,

i am doing some research in asynchronous circuits
and i really need some libs for cadence edge
which with i can simulate my devices under hspice/spice.
i have mietec 2.4u and es2 1.5u from ral.
mietec 2.4u works fine with all stages
of the technology : schematic -> layout -> place & route.
but i need something less than 1.5u for digital design.
es2 libs from ral are quite misconfigured.
these es2 libs are not supported by ES2,
and whats more important - i can NOT do simulation
using hspice/spice for any design.
these libs havent got any info for simulation except for
simulation at logical level like with silos/verilog.

initially i have to simulate all basic cells so i can
establish what the delays are for my library cells and the behaviour
in generally of their outputs.
these cells are different from nands nors xors etc etc.
i have to produce layout and place&route then.

any ideas: where from can i find such libs?
i prefer ES2 supported libs but any
other references are welcome.
