  26. Indeed.  When we started the Express Access service, we had to 
  27. deal with this policy question.  We decided that we were not 
  28. comfortable with getting into the editor/censor business, and 
  29. our lawyer agreed that was a slipery slope, so we exercise no
  30. editorial control at all, take any group that a user wants, etc.
  31. Because of this, users must be 18 or older, and our contract 
  32. states that.  We realized that by taking the "open" stance it 
  33. could limit our user community, but in these times when people
  34. sue at a drop of a hat, there was little choice.
