  20. If your system offers "open access", with full USENET reading privs without
  21. age verification, you'd better put some restrictions on various groups like
  22. alt.sex, rec.arts.erotica, etc., otherwise you'll find 1) some sensationalist
  23. local newsperson, or 2) the local district attorney breathing down your back
  24. and no doubt confiscating your equipment for "distributing pornographic
  25. materials to minors".

  28. do it on his own system.
