  14.         My point is that yes it is wrong.  But the first step to
  15. getting over it is to admit it and then talk about it.  Several
  16. people started this process and you flamed them for the effort.
  17. Thats a great way to keep people from trying.  If they cant talk
  18. about it on a board like this, where are they going to talk about
  19. it?

  21.     Had the coments been more along the line of 'why do you 
  22. feel that way?' or ' Do you think that is approiate?' I wouldn't
  23. have had a problem.  I just felt that the method was harsh and
  24. counterproductive.
