  13. My mom was not a famous cook (although she's much
  14. improved since she stopped having to please my dad),
  15. but the worst of the worst was this rice salad gunk.
  16. It had all the things I hated (ham, peas, cheese),
  17. diced fine so it looked like what was in the drainer
  18. when I finished washing dishes each night.

  20. Eventually I got her to calling it Draintrap Salad
  21. too.  Curiously, she no longer makes it...
