  18. Now that you mention it, I didn't start eating the skin until I was an adult.  
  19. I remember my mother-in-law asking me how I got the skins so crispy.  I just 
  20. scrubbed them with a veggie brush, wrapped in foil and stuck in them in the 
  21. oven at 350 degrees for about an hour.  Don't know how that could be any 
  22. different than how she did them.
