- Now that you mention it, I didn't start eating the skin until I was an adult.
- I remember my mother-in-law asking me how I got the skins so crispy. I just
- scrubbed them with a veggie brush, wrapped in foil and stuck in them in the
- oven at 350 degrees for about an hour. Don't know how that could be any
- different than how she did them.
