  25. <P>The ArtSKey is a software product making easy usage of an HPC for non-English users and supporting a national language in Pocket Word or Pocket Excel documents. ArtSKey is Windows CE  v2.0 compatible. ArtSKey lets you: </P>

  28. <LI>to switch keyboard layout from English to local (national) mapping like in desktop's Windows 95/NT; </LI>
  29. <LI>to paste the "time stamp" and "date stamp" into active application.</LI>
  30. <LI>to paste texts, attached to "hotkeys" into active application.</LI>
  31. <LI>to launch applications, attached to "launch" keys.</LI>
  32. <LI>to translate system menus, messages and dialogs to your language. Easy to add new translation files.</LI>
