  9.   CD-ROM formats for the PC and the Macintosh that encompass a wide base
  10.   of information on history, literature, nature, science, art, and music
  11.   within an interactive book format that encourages exploration in ways never

  20.   demonstrate how seemingly isolated facts are linked in a manner that
  21.   makes them more interesting, understandable, and memorable.  Most
