The GDI Resources sensor has detected that Windows Graphics Device Interface resources are low. Every window and dialog box displayed uses some GDI resources. Low GDI resources can prevent applications from displaying properly or from opening at all. When these resources are exhausted, out-of-memory errors result.
Close any non-essential applications to make more GDI resources available.
If the problem persists, consider upgrading 16-bit applications to 32-bit versions. To distinguish 16- from 32-bit applications, open System Information and click Details on the Memory tab.
The trigger level for this sensor's alarm determines what Norton System Doctor considers "low" resources. To change the trigger level, click Change Alarm Settings.
