  1. To Install PowerPGP 2.00 16-bit extract
  2. all files to the directory where you want 
  3. the program be located.
  4.  
  5. Move bivbx11.dll to your Windows\System 
  6. Directory.
  7.  
  8. Then go to the Windows File Manager and 
  9. go to that directory and run MAKEICON.EXE
  10. and it will create the program manager 
  11. group and icons for you.
