To Install PowerPGP 2.00 16-bit extract
all files to the directory where you want 
the program be located.

Move bivbx11.dll to your Windows\System 
Directory.

Then go to the Windows File Manager and 
go to that directory and run MAKEICON.EXE
and it will create the program manager 
group and icons for you.
