  88.     <h2>Rotate / Zoom</h2>
  89.     <p>This command in the Layers menu allows you to do free rotation about all 
  90.     3 axes (X, Y, and Z).</p>

  95.     <p>There are three areas that you may adjust:</p>
  96.     <ul>
  97.         <li><h3>Roll / Rotate
  98.         </h3><p>This allows you to rotate about the Z axis by dragging the mouse 
  99.         around the perimeter. There is also a ball ("globe") in the center, 
  100.         which allows you to rotate about the other two axes (X, and Y).</p>
  101.         
  102.         <p>Rotating the perimeter Z-axis controller will also rotate the 
  103.         globe.</p>

  105.         <li><h3>Pan
  106.         </h3><p>This allows you to slide the image around so that you can get 
  107.         the right portion in view of the canvas.</p>

  109.         <li><h3>Zoom
  110.         </h3><p>This allows you to slide the image back and forth to focus on 
  111.         the portion of the image that you are interested in.</p></li>
  112.     </ul>
  113.     <p>There are also two checkboxes:</p>
  114.     <ul>
  115.         <li><h3>Tiling
  116.         </h3><p>If the image is rotated, tilted, or panned in such a way that it 
  117.         does not fill the canvas, this will cause the image to start repeating 
  118.         on itself in such a way that it tiles the canvas.</p>
  119.         </li>
  120.         <li><h3>Preserve Background
  121.         </h3><p>If there are parts of the canvas that are not covered by the 
  122.         image, even if tiling is enabled (there is always a horizon that clips 
  123.         the image), this will cause the original layer's contents to show 
  124.         through instead of being replaced with transparency.</p></li>
  125.     </ul>
  126.     <p>Using all of these controls enables you to make some pretty fantastic changes 
  127.     to your image. The following image was modified using many facilities of Paint.NET 
  128.     including Rotate / Zoom:</p>
