  33. -Disconnect power to the computer
  34. -Ground yourself to prevent Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) damage by
  35.  wearing an ESD wrist strap or by touching a metal portion of the
  36.  computer case
  37. -Remove the power connector and interface cable to the drive before
  38.  attempting to remove any mounting screws holding the drive in the
  39.  case
  40. -Place the drive in approved packaging as soon as possible
  41.

  43. Disc Diagnostic software as well as an updated Frequently Asked
  44. Questions (FAQ's) list.  Seagate will continue to add new features,
  45. functions and capabilities to this software.
