  1. LICENSE AGREEMENT

  3. WinCooler v1.02 can be used for free by home users, non-commercial
  4. organizations, and educational institutions.
  5.  
  6. Copyright - WinCooler, and all related materials are owned by Atmosoft 
  7. and are protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty 
  8. provisions. You must therefore treat the WinCooler as you would any other 
  9. copyrighted material (e.g., a book or musical recording). 
  10.  
  11. Restrictions - You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble 
  12. WinCooler and related materials, except to the extent that the preceding 
  13. restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.  Permission is granted 
  14. to make copies of the software and documentation contained in this 
  15. version of WinCooler for personal, home, or Educational use,
  16. provided that no changes or deletions are made to any copyright notices,
  17. or other proprietary language or statements.  Business and Commercial use of
  18. this software requires the purchase of a license for each
  19. computer it will be used on.  No permission is granted to include or
  20. incorporate the software or documentation in any other work or to create
  21. derivative works based thereon.
  22. All other rights are reserved by Atmosoft.

  24. WinCooler AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED AND SOLD 
  25. "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, 
  26. INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF 
  27. MERCHANTABLITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND 
  28. NONINFRINGMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR 
  29. PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT AND DOCUMENTATION REMAINS WITH 
  30. THE RECIPIENT.  THERE IS NO LIABILITY FOR ANY SUBSEQUENT 
  31. DAMAGES - TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT 
  32. SHALL ATMOSOFT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, 
  33. WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS 
  34. INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER LOSS) ARISING
  35. OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE WinCooler, EVEN IF ATMOSOFT HAS BEEN 
  36. ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

  38. This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the
  39. laws of the State of Utah.
