  2. WinCooler cools your CPU by calling the
  3. hlt command in an idle priority thead.
  4. Modern CPUs have a built in low power
  5. mode which is invoked when the hlt
  6. command is called.  This low power mode
  7. will cool most CPUs 10 to 50°F.  Notebook 
  8. computers can gain an additional 30 to 60
  9. minutes of battery life.  Requires W95/98.
