  13. Vadim Burtyansky ( further called "THE AUTHOR" ).

  55.    This license does NOT entitle you to receive from THE AUTHOR technical 
  56. support, documentation, telephone assistance, enhancements or updates to 
  57. THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.  However, any support or updates provided by
  58. THE AUTHOR shall be covered by this License Agreement.

  60.                   6. DISTRIBUTION

  62.     THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be freely distributed in any way, copied, 
  63. published on the Internet software archives, public FTP servers, provided that 
  64. it is not modified, and the original files remain intact.

  66.                   7. MISCELLANEOUS

  68.    If any provision or part of any provision of this License Agreement shall be 
  69. held invalid or unenforceable, such part shall be ineffective without in any way
  70. affecting the remaining parts of such provision or the remaining provisions of 
  71. this License Agreement.
