Letter Assigner (further called "THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). If you install 
and/or use  THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the 
terms and conditions of this license agreement.

  This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and 
Vadim Burtyansky ( further called "THE AUTHOR" ).

                  1. GRANT OF LICENSE

   THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT is freeware. You may install and use it free of charge.

                  2. RESTRICTIONS

  You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or modify THE 
SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

   THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT 
WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,

MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND 
NONINFRINGEMENT. ALL SUCH OTHER WARRANTIES ARE 
EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. THE AUTHOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT 
THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS FREE OF ERRORS OR DEFECTS. THE 
ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF THE USE, INABILITY TO USE OR 
PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS ASSUMED BY YOU.

SOFTWARE PRODUCT, EVEN IF THE AUTHOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF
THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR A KNOWN DEFECT.

                  5. SUPPORT
                  ==========
   This license does NOT entitle you to receive from THE AUTHOR technical 
support, documentation, telephone assistance, enhancements or updates to 
THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.  However, any support or updates provided by
THE AUTHOR shall be covered by this License Agreement. 

                  6. DISTRIBUTION
                  ===============
    THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be freely distributed in any way, copied, 
published on the Internet software archives, public FTP servers, provided that 
it is not modified, and the original files remain intact.

                  7. MISCELLANEOUS
                  =================
   If any provision or part of any provision of this License Agreement shall be 
held invalid or unenforceable, such part shall be ineffective without in any way
affecting the remaining parts of such provision or the remaining provisions of 
this License Agreement.
