  27. What is Pic2Text?
  28. -----------------
  29. Pic2Text is a Windows utility used to convert pictures into plain text and HTML
  30. files. Supported picture formats are BMP, JPEG and ICO. Although the size of the
  31. input picture is unlimited it is recommended not to use bigger pictures than
  32. 256x256 pixels. Converting process in such case would last for very long time
  33. and the resulting files would be very large.
