What is Pic2Text?
-----------------
Pic2Text is a Windows utility used to convert pictures into plain text and HTML
files. Supported picture formats are BMP, JPEG and ICO. Although the size of the
input picture is unlimited it is recommended not to use bigger pictures than
256x256 pixels. Converting process in such case would last for very long time
and the resulting files would be very large.

Features:

* BMP, ICO and JPEG input formats
* Convert to plain text or HTML
* Stretch output (use when pixel ratio<>1, eg. 80x25 text mode)
* Gamma correction (use when output is very dark/bright)
