  137. bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of 
  138. this EULA, you must not install, use or distribute The Software, and 
  139. you must destroy all copies of The Software that you have.

  141. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright 
  142. treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

  158. IF YOU DO ANY OF THE FOREGOING, YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THIS LICENSE WILL AUTOMATICALLY

  163. 3. TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

  165. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA, provided you 
  166. retain no copies of The Software, you transfer all of The Software (including 
  167. all component parts, documentation upgrades, and this EULA), and the recipient 
  168. agrees to the terms of this EULA. If The Software is an upgrade, any transfer 
  169. must include all prior versions of The Software.

  171. 4. TERMINATION

  173. Without prejudice to any other rights, Xinox Software may terminate this EULA 
  174. if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, 
  175. you must destroy all copies of The Software.

  177. 5. COPYRIGHT

  179. All title, including but not limited to copyrights, in and to The Software and 
  180. any copies thereof are owned by Xinox Software. All title and intellectual 
  181. property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of The 
  182. Software is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected 
  183. by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This 
  184. EULA grants you no rights to use such content. All rights not expressly granted 
  185. are reserved by Xinox Software.

  187. 6. LIMITED WARRANTY

  189. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, XINOX SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ALL

  191. TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
