  15. JCreator is a powerful IDE for Java technologies. Especially designed for the student
  16. and the non-professional Java-Engineers. JCreator is designed to meet windows interface 
  17. guidelines, so the users can expect a familiar and intuitive user interface.

  21. Unzip the installation file JCreatorSetup.exe in a temporary directory and run it.
