  16. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THIS SOFTWARE

  18. IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY:

  21. This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement
  22. between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the
  23. mentioned author of this Software for the software product
  24. identified above, which includes computer software and may
  25. include associated media, printed materials, and "online"
  26. or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").
  27. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT,
  28. you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not
  29. agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the
  30. SOFTWARE PRODUCT; you may, however, return it to your place
  31. of purchase for a full refund.

  33. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
  34. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international
  35. copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and
  36. treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

  38. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE.

  40. This EULA grants you the following rights:
  41. Installation and Use. You may install and use an unlimited number of
  42. copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  44. Reproduction and Distribution. You may reproduce and distribute an
  45. unlimited number of copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; provided that
  46. each copy shall be a true and complete copy, including all copyright
  47. and trademark notices, and shall be accompanied by a copy of this
  48. EULA. Copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be distributed as a
  49. standalone product or included with your own product.

  51. 2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.

  53. Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.
  54. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE
  55. PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly
  56. permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

  58. Separation of Components.
  59. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component
  60. parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
  61.  
  62. Software Transfer.
  63. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA,
  64. provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA.
  65.  
  66. Termination.
  67. Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author of this Software
  68. may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and
  69. conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies
  70. of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

  72. Distribution.
  73. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be sold or be included in a product or
  74. package which intends to receive benefits through the inclusion of
  75. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be included in any
  76. free or non-profit packages or products.

  78. 3. COPYRIGHT.

  80. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
  81. (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations,
  82. video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the
  83. SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any
  84. copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by the Author of this
  85. Software. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws
  86. and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat
  87. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material except
  88. that you may install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer
  89. provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival
  90. purposes.

  92. 4. U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS.

  94. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and documentation are provided with
  95. RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the
  96. Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in
  97. subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and
  98. Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs
  99. (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software-Restricted
  100. Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable. Manufacturer is

  104. LIMITED WARRANTY

  106. NO WARRANTIES.
  107. The Author of this Software expressly disclaims any warranty for
  108. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related
  109. documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind,
  110. either express or implied, including, without limitation, the
  111. implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular
  112. purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use
  113. or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.

  115. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
  116. In no event shall the author of this Software be liable for any
  117. damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for
  118. loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business
  119. information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use
  120. of or inability to use this product, even if the Author of this
  121. Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  122. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion
  123. or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages,
  124. the above limitation may not apply to you.
