Coeli - Adastra(tm). It applies specifically to individual users who
may wish to pass copies out to friends or associates.

~Limited License for Evaluation Purposes.

Swimming Elk Software hereby grants you a limited license to use this
software for evaluation purposes either
a) for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days, or
b) up to a usage limit of 100 program sessions,
whichever comes sooner.
If you intend using this software (and/or its documentation)
after the thirty day evaluation period or beyond the usage limit of
100 program sessions, you are under a legal obligation to register
with Swimming Elk Software. Registration of the Adastra software package
is completely free. Or, if you prefer, a charge of $0 is made for it.
Using this software beyond the thirty day evaluation period,
or beyond the stipulated usage limit, without registration
of the software is a violation of the terms of this limited license.
~Limited Distribution License:

As the copyright holder for Adastra(tm), Swimming Elk Software
authorizes distribution by individuals only in accordance with
the following restrictions.
(User Groups, Computer Clubs, Disk Vendors and Distributors,
Subscription Services, Disk-of-the-Month Clubs, etc., should
refer to the VENDOR.TXT file for complete information relating
to them.)
(BBS and ftp SYSOPs should refer to the SYSOP.TXT file for complete
information relating to them.)
Individuals are hereby granted permission by Swimming Elk Software
to copy the Adastra software package AS ORIGINALLY DISTRIBUTED for
their own evaluation purposes or for other individuals to evaluate, ONLY
when the following conditions are met.
The Adastra package is defined as containing all the
material listed in the VENDINFO.DIZ file. If any files
listed in VENDINFO.DIZ, or VENDINFO.DIZ itself, are missing,
then the package is not complete and distribution is prohibited.
Please contact us to obtain a complete package suitable for distribution.
o The Adastra package - including all related program
files and documentation files - CANNOT be modified in any
way and must be distributed as a complete package, without
exception. The VENDINFO.DIZ file contains a list of
all files that are part of the Adastra package.
o No price or other compensation may be charged for the
Adastra package. A distribution cost may be
charged for the cost of the diskette, shipping and
handling, as long as the total (per disk) does not exceed
US$8.00 in the U.S. and Canada, US$12.00
for international distribution from the U.S., or
6 pounds sterling or its equivalent inside Europe.
o The Adastra package CANNOT be sold as part of some
other inclusive package, nor can it be included in any
commercial software packaging offer, without prior
permission from Swimming Elk Software.
o The PRINTED User's Guide may not be reproduced in whole or
in part, using any means, without the written permission
of Swimming Elk Software. In other words, the disk-based
documentation may not be distributed in PRINTED (hardcopy)
form.
o The Adastra package cannot be "rented" or "leased"
to others.
o Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify,
decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or
transfer the licensed software package except as provided
in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in
immediate and automatic termination of this license.
o Licensee hereby agrees not to post the Adastra software
package publicly in any ftp directory inappropriate to its
category.
Eg. pc/astronomy is an appropriate directory; pc/demo is not.
Distributors are especially asked to avoid the following terms when
describing the Adastra software package:
Nag, nagware, public domain, demo, demonstration software, or any other term or phrase which admits of an interpretation not in keeping with the official product definition given.
Non-compliance with this request may invalidate previous license
permissions granted by Swimming Elk Software to the Licensee.
Authorship of the Adastra software package may not be attributed to
any name but Swimming Elk Software.
PLEASE! Show your support for Shareware by registering (purchasing)
programs you actually use. Both Swimming Elk Software and the
very survival of shareware as a distribution channel are

via shareware channels, hereafter to be designated as Shareware, Shareware
package, or Adastra software package.

United States Copyright law and also by International Treaty
provisions. Any use of this software in violation of Copyright
law or the terms of this limited license will be prosecuted to
