  5. Remember producing armies in your capitol city?  This is exactly the same. 
  6. Choose an army by clicking on it.

  9. Also, now that you have more cities. We can "Vector" armies.  Vectoring sends
  10. an army produced in city 'A' automatically to city 'B'.  It only takes two 
  11. turns, so it is easier and faster than moving them manually.
