  1. You start the game with a few armies, but that's not enough
  2. to build an Empire!  You will need to produce some more.

  5. Armies are produced in cities.  You can only produce one army at a time.
  6. Tougher armies take longer to produce, while weaker armies can be produced in one
  7. turn.  The next screen will let you choose an army to be produced in 
  8. your capitol city.
